$BTC : ETF Buying, But Liquidity Still Drives Price Action
From September 21–25, spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted around $2.4 billion, while BTC remained around $83,000 and continued to face pressure from the interest-rate environment.
What interests me is not how much the ETFs are buying.
Why is BTC still unable to break out of its range despite institutional inflows?
Because ETFs are simply a channel for capital. They do not eliminate the liquidity cycle.
As the cost of capital remains high, investors still have reasons to keep money in less volatile assets. BTC can receive fresh inflows without immediately developing a strong price trend.
That is the difference between having buyers and having enough market liquidity to push price higher.
