VinFastのTrading and Productionは、Future Investment Research and Developmentと合併する計画だ。Sina Financeによると、取引完了後、Future Investmentは別会社としては存在しなくなり、その資産・権利・義務はすべてVinFast Trading and Productionが引き継ぐという。

VinFast Trading and Productionは、VinFast Autoの製造事業を手がけ、自動車メーカーのハイフォンおよびハティンの工場を運営している。合併後、同社の登録資本金は約214兆ベトナムドンまで増加する見通しだ。
