Comisar — a five-time federal fraud convict who reinvented himself as a "fraud prevention expert" and podcast host (The Scam Junkie) — allegedly defrauded an elderly Ohio couple out of $7 million.

The irony: a career con artist posing as the guy teaching people how not to get scammed.
