I firmly maintain that individuals deserve the benefit of the doubt, as I genuinely recognize that human beings are capable of transformation. You are likely familiar with the old adage claiming a leopard does not change its skin. For many years, these types of ideas have conditioned our mindset, leading society to accept the premise that individuals are incapable of evolving.

However, we should consider the broader animal kingdom. Do antelopes change their skin? No. Do horses or cats do so? No, they do not. Therefore, it is illogical to evaluate the entire jungle based on the specific traits of one single creature. There are certainly many other animals that do shed their skin, which makes it unreasonable to reduce our understanding of life to the characteristics of merely the leopard.

Unfortunately, this kind of selective reasoning has caused much more damage than good, even though it is a tradition we have widely embraced over time. Similarly, certain theological concepts that we are taught to accept as universal principles are often just the personal experiences and customs of earlier generations, passed down through the ages.

We should learn to question everything, because doing so is the true path toward achieving self awareness.
