Payy Network, a privacy stablecoin payment network, was suspected of being attacked, with about 1.8 million USDC reportedly transferred out, according to Specter Investigation monitoring. According to ChainCatcher, the attacker first obtained initial funds through the privacy protocol Railgun, then swapped the stolen USDC for ETH and dispersed the funds across three addresses.
