📊 I Compared BNB, OKB and WBT Year by Year. One Pattern Stood Out Out of thousands of $BTC crypto projects, only a few hundred are native exchange coins - assets directly tied to a working exchange and its ecosystem. Like the rest of the market, they move in cycles: hype, correction, consolidation, then the next leg up. What differs is how each coin behaves at the bottom. I compared the price ranges of three major exchange coins - OKB (OKX), $WBT (WhiteBIT) and BNB (Binance), each launched in a different year: 🔹 OKB (launched 2018) 🔸 2019 ➡ $1.25 - $4.11 🔸 2022 ➡ $9.95 - $29.40 🔸 2026 (YTD) ➡ $61.18 - $123.94 🔹 WBT (launched 2022) 🔸 2022 ➡ $1.90 - $13.88 🔸 2024 ➡ ~$5 - $31 🔸 2026 (YTD) ➡ ~$45 - $87.41 🔹 BNB (launched 2017) 🔸 2017 ➡ ~$0.10 - $11.30 🔸 2022 ➡ $199 - $532 🔸 2026 (YTD) ➡ $540 - $955 📊 Here's the pattern I see: for all three coins, every year's low has landed above the previous year's low. Different exchanges, different launch years, different peaks - but the floor keeps stepping up. All-Time Highs: 🔺 BNB: $1,370 (Oct 2025) 🔺 OKB: $256.08 (Aug 2025) 🔺 WBT: $87.41 (Sept 2026) BNB and OKB have both seen 70%+ drawdowns after past highs, and OKB's 2025 ATH came from a one-time burn of 65M tokens rather than a regular market cycle. WBT is the youngest of the three, so its history is shorter, but the structure looks the same: expansion, pullback, a higher base, repeat. What held up across all three is the rising floor. After every correction, the market found a higher base than the year before. For anyone tracking exchange coins as a category, the lows may say more than the highs.
