$FIL is testing a level that could decide whether the recent recovery has another leg.

Filecoin trades around $1.01 after climbing roughly 35% over the past month. The recent move from the $0.84 area came with strong participation, and 24H volume remains unusually high at roughly $240M against an $840M market cap.

The $1.00 psychological level is now the key battleground.

Support: $0.97–$1.00
Major support: $0.94
Resistance: $1.03–$1.06
Next resistance: $1.10

Fundamentally, Filecoin is a decentralized storage network where FIL is used for storage payments, collateral and network incentives.

The supply story is particularly interesting. Protocol Labs and Filecoin Foundation vesting is approaching its scheduled end in October, with Filecoin estimating gross new issuance could fall substantially afterward. Block rewards will continue, so this is a reduction in issuance, not the end of inflation.

Bull case: $FIL holds $1.00 and breaks $1.06 with sustained volume. That would confirm continuation of the higher-high structure and put $1.10 back in focus.

Bear case: rejection here followed by a loss of $0.97 would weaken momentum and make $0.94 the next important test.

For me, $1.06 is confirmation. The chart has momentum, but holding $1.00 matters more than chasing the move.
