A Bitcoin breakout can look strong and still offer a poor entry.

Before chasing $BTC , I compare the distance to invalidation with the room left before resistance. If the potential loss is larger than the realistic upside, being bullish isn’t enough reason to enter.

My preferred confirmation is a retest that holds, followed by a higher low. A close back inside the old range would weaken that setup.

Getting the direction right and getting a good entry are two different things.
