I NEED YOUR HELP!

I do participate in #wordoftheday every week ( I started recently like 3 weeks ago ).

I've received the previous rewards from #RewardsHub , but now I'm facing a confusion or an issue, I truly don't know what's happening.

The previous week's game theme was "Binance Stock Options".
I played 7 times, I won 7 times.
Now I open my Rewards Hub and I see no Voucher Rewards.
I checked my history and I don't see anything.

I need someone to help me understand what's happening.
