I would like to raise a concern regarding my rewards and campaign eligibility.
1. In the US Stocks MegaFest campaign, my account is showing “Disqualified Account Detected”, and I’m unable to participate in campaigns or receive rewards.
2. In the Binance Traders League Season 4 campaign, I completed the required $20 equivalent trading task, and the reward showed up to 5 USDC, but I still haven’t received the reward.
3. In my Rewards Hub, I also completed the “Trade 200 USDT of bStocks” task, which shows a 3 USDT Token Voucher, but I’m still unable to claim it.
I have already submitted an appeal regarding these issues, and it has been almost 2 days, but I haven’t received my rewards or a final resolution yet.
I kindly request the Binance team to review my account and campaign participation again. I hope my completed tasks and eligible rewards will be properly credited if I meet the campaign requirements.
I sincerely hope Binance will treat my case fairly and help resolve these reward issues.
