One loss is a cost. Revenge trading is a choice.

After a stop-out, the brain wants one thing: get it back now. That urge is how a normal red candle turns into a blown session.

Three rules that keep you in the game:

1) Cool-off timer — wait at least 1 full candle of your timeframe before the next entry.
2) Same size only — never size up to “make it back.”
3) One-thesis rule — if you cannot write entry + invalidation in one sentence, you are trading feelings.

Process beats screenshots. Capital compounds when you protect it on the boring days.

Which rule do you break most often after a loss — size, timing, or skipping the plan?
