$DOT is recovering after trading below $1, but $1.17 remains the key test. A clean breakout and hold could open $1.35–$1.50, while rejection may send price toward $1.08 and $1.03. Personally, I wouldn't chase yet. I want confirmation that $1.17 can turn from resistance into support.
