🔥 $NEAR JUST BROKE A MAJOR LEVEL

$NEAR finally pushed through the first major resistance with some real strength.

That’s a good shift in the short-term structure, but I’m not chasing the move here.

Price is now sitting around the next resistance near $3.80, and this is the level I’m watching closely.

If $3.80 gets rejected again, I’d be interested in a short-term pullback toward the new support around $3.18.

The reason is the way price moved up.

It was fast, aggressive, and left a pretty large FVG underneath. If that imbalance starts getting filled, a retracement back into the reclaimed area wouldn’t surprise me.

The risk is also fairly clear:

~15% potential downside toward $3.18
~2% invalidation above $3.80

But I’m not treating $3.80 as an automatic short.

If $NEAR breaks above it and actually holds there, the short setup is off. No reason to fight a confirmed breakout.

So for me, it’s simple:

Reject $3.80 → watch for the pullback.

Hold above $3.80 → forget the short and reassess.

I’d rather wait for price to show its hand than guess the top.

Nothing is guaranteed here. Just the setup I’m watching from the chart, not a recommendation to short $NEAR .
