Wall Street is moving closer to the blockchain.

The SEC just opened a regulated path for tokenized US stocks to trade onchain under a five-year Innovation Exemption.

Tokenized shares must keep the same shareholder rights as traditional stocks, including dividends and voting rights.

This is a major step for real-world asset tokenization. Traditional markets and blockchain infrastructure are getting closer together.
