RIVER is showing a nice 4H breakout and price is holding above the 7, 25 and 99 MA. Volume is picking up too, but I’d still wait for confirmation instead of chasing.

TP2: $1.48
TP3: $1.55
SL: $1.23
$1.32 is the key breakout area. If volume stays strong above it, the move can continue. If price falls back below $1.23, I’d stay out.
