$OP this is a long for me, look. Price just bounced right off that localized range floor. That latest candle also showed a pretty solid lower wick, which means buyers showed up at the bottom. The longer-term MA slope is still pointing slightly up, even in this chop. I'm buying the pullback near the base, but if it dips below that floor on the next candle, I'm out. Gotta hold for that decisive close above the swing high.
