DGAI
I checked DGAI today and this one is actually interesting, but I don't want to chase it at the current price.
DGAI is around $0.76 right now. The recent 24h low is around $0.7375 and the high is around $0.7770. On the 7-day structure, $0.716–$0.72 is an important lower support area, while $0.80–$0.803 is the bigger resistance zone.
Volume is still strong at roughly $36M in 24h, so this isn't a dead chart. But price has been moving sideways after the earlier volatility. Historical data also shows heavy volume around the recent moves, which tells me there is still active trading interest.
ATH is around $0.846, so DGAI is currently about 10% below its record high. ATL is around $0.364, meaning the token is still more than 100% above its historical low.
For me, the cleaner idea is a LONG only if price gives a good pullback and holds support.
LONG SETUP
Entry Zone: $0.738–$0.750
Stop Loss: $0.715
Take Profit 1: $0.777
Take Profit 2: $0.803
Take Profit 3: $0.840–$0.846
Why these levels?
$0.738–$0.750 is close to the current support area. If buyers defend this zone and volume starts increasing, the first target is the recent $0.777 resistance.
A clean break above $0.777 with strong volume could open the way toward $0.803. Above that, the previous ATH area around $0.846 becomes the bigger target.
Risk/reward is much better if the entry comes near $0.74–$0.75 rather than chasing at $0.76–$0.77.
The bullish setup is invalid if DGAI loses roughly $0.715 and stays below it with selling volume.
One more thing: BTC is currently weak, so I would reduce leverage and position size. If DGAI doesn't hold the $0.738 area, I would simply WAIT rather than force a trade.
For me: LONG on confirmation/pullback, not blind entry #DGAI $DGAI
