The Mag 7 is starting to diverge big time. While NVIDIA and Microsoft continue showing real strength with solid AI demand, some others are clearly running on pure hype and sky-high valuations.
In traditional markets right now, the gap between actual earnings power and market pricing is getting wider. NVIDIA still looks like the ultimate long-term stalwart to me AI infrastructure isnt slowing down. But Im much more cautious on names that are riding the wave without strong fundamentals.
