Clarity act decision will likely be our deciding factor. (Tues next week)
So long as we get a monthly close above $2463 we have a 3 month bullish engulfing. Though, I don’t like to see the lack of a lower wick.
Overall, monthly close above $2463 is very bullish into Q4 while remaining above $2350 is bullish consolidation back Inside the pennant.
