$SOL is quietly making a pretty important upgrade. From September 9, Transaction V1 will raise the transaction size limit from 1,232 bytes to 4,096 bytes. That means more complex operations can fit into a single transaction instead of being split across multiple calls. ZK proofs, larger multisigs and other heavy workloads should benefit. It may not sound exciting, but improvements like this are what make a blockchain easier to build on as adoption grows.
