Do you also panic buy or sell just by looking at a 1-minute chart? 🚨🛑
Whenever we open a chart, especially as new traders, we tend to make hasty decisions based on the 1-minute (1m) timeframe. Take a look at the current state of NVIDIA (NVDA) stock in the screenshot above.
🔴 What is the chart saying?
In the short-term 1-minute chart, several consecutive red bearish candles have formed, indicating a sudden drop. The candles have fallen below the Moving Average lines (MA7/MA25).
💡 My personal opinion and advice:
1. Avoid market noise: The 1-minute chart fluctuates extremely fast. This is known as "market noise." Making a sudden Buy or Sell decision here only increases your chances of making a loss.
2. Change your timeframe: If you are a swing trader or a long-term investor, forget about the 1-minute chart. Try to understand the trend by looking at least at the 4-hour (4h) or 1-day (1D) charts.
3. NVDA's future: In the long term, major investors are still bullish on NVDA. So, there is no need to panic over this minor drop.
What is your opinion? Do you think NVDA will bounce back from here, or will it drop further? Share your strategy in the comments below! 👇
