#美国初请失业金人数升至20.6万 US initial jobless claims landed at 206K yesterday, continuing to hover near range lows. It confirms the labor market is still stuck in a "low-hiring, low-firing" equilibrium.

With tonight’s Non-Farm Payrolls expected to rebound modestly by 56K, the labor market isn't showing signs of a quick breakdown as long as unemployment holds around 4.1%.

The real headwind is macro inflation. Renewed tariff pressures and geopolitical commodity spikes, combined with Kevin Warsh’s recent hawkish rhetoric, are actively dampening aggressive rate-cut expectations. For crypto, "higher-for-longer" simply means tight liquidity conditions will linger, putting a lid on any sustained breakout rally in the near term.

My game plan is defensive: expect choppy, two-way volatility around tonight's NFP print. Rather than chasing rallies or levering up on direction, I'm using local resistance tests to de-risk and trim spot exposure. Cash is king until the macro rate trajectory reprices and clears up.
