Here is a look back at our key achievements and updates throughout August.
We are thrilled to report significant milestones regarding our token metrics. Specifically, $PENDLE emissions dropped by 78% since the start of the year, marking a new all-time low. Alongside this reduction, the $PENDLE buyback initiative successfully acquired over 2.68M tokens, reaching a cumulative value of $3.7M.
Expanding our ecosystem was another major focus. We officially launched on X Layer, enabling PT-USDG to now be accepted as collateral on @Aave. In partnership with Armigate from @wintermute_t, we also introduced the Pendle Ecosystem USDC vault on @MorphoLabs. This co-curated vault strategically allocates funds across selected PT markets to deliver a 6.11% APY total.
To further enhance user trading experiences, we released Arbitrage with CrossEx on Boros. This innovative feature transforms a comprehensive full funding rate arbitrage strategy into a simple 2-click trade. Lastly, we initiated the PT Looping incentives campaign to reward our community. This promotion provides an extra +2% APY for PT before leverage is applied, which translates to a +20% APY when executing a 10x loop.
