Most blockchains have no clue if something in the physical world is actually real.
Solarious is trying a new approach to that problem.

Its Solar Miner connects to a solar panel to measure things like voltage, current and energy production. Then the device cryptographically signs that information before it reaches the network.

So instead of just saying, “this panel produced X amount of energy,” you build the network to show it.

This is what I find interesting about the project. This hardware is not simply an accessory to the blockchain. It’s part of the mechanism that ties real world energy to on-chain data.
