$PROM had a huge run earlier, jumping from about $4.811 all the way up to a high of $7.890. Since then it has cooled off and is now moving sideways in a tight range, not really going up or down much. Right now it looks flat and undecided.
It could keep moving sideways for a while until it picks a clear direction, up toward $7.10-7.20 or back down toward $6.70. Right now there is no strong sign either way, so it may be best to just watch and wait.
