Berkshire Hathaway has become the largest institutional shareholder of Delta Air Lines (DAL), overtaking BlackRock.

Berkshire Hathaway disclosed in its latest quarterly SEC filing that it bought 17.51 million shares of Delta Air Lines during Q2, worth about $1.64 billion as of June 30.

According to the filing, Berkshire held 57,320,000 shares of Delta Air Lines at the end of Q2, valued at approximately $5.37 billion as of June 30.$NIL
