If a user has outstanding debt and tries to transfer jTokens being used as collateral, JustLend needs to ensure that action does not push account liquidity below the required level.

So the important question isnโ€™t simply:

โ€œCan this token be transferred?โ€

It is:

โ€œWhat happens to the account after the transfer?โ€

That distinction matters.

Before execution, an agent should check:

โ†’ Market status
โ†’ Correct asset and units
โ†’ Oracle freshness
โ†’ Available liquidity
โ†’ Post transaction account health
โ†’ Required permissions

If the resulting state is unsafe or unclear, simulation should come before signing.

For collateral backed tokens, a transfer can effectively behave like a collateral withdrawal.

Understanding the state is more important than relying on the token label.
