Binanceの発表によると、複数の取引所でスポット価格の乖離が観測されたため、Binance Futuresは2026-08-27 11:00（UTC）より、USDⓈ建てTACUSDT無期限先物契約にLast Price Protected（LPP）メカニズムを適用します。取引所は、ユーザー資金は安全であり、LPPメカニズムは、急激な価格変動を抑え、移行中の価格の安定性を支えることを目的としたマーク価格のスムージング（平滑化）プロセスを通じて段階的に導入されると述べました。Binanceは、複数の取引所におけるTAC（TAC Protocol）のスポット価格が収束し、スポット市場から安定したインデックス価格を算出できるようになった時点で、LPP期間は終了するとしています（判断はBinanceによる）。契約がLPPから通常のマーク価格計算へ移行する準備が整ったときは、別途発表が行われます。LPP期間中のマーク価格は、直近10秒間の取引価格の平均に基づき、1秒ごとに計算されます。また、その区間内に21件未満の取引価格しかない場合は、追加のルールが適用されます。さらに、毎秒マーク価格に対して±1%の価格上限も課されます。LPP期間が終了した後、マーク価格は、Median（価格1、価格2、コントラクト価格）の標準式を使用します。

According to the announcement from Binance, Binance Futures will apply the Last Price Protected (LPP) Mechanism to the USDⓈ-Margined TACUSDT Perpetual Contract at 2026-08-27 11:00 (UTC) after spot price divergence was observed across multiple exchanges. The exchange said user funds remain safe and that the LPP Mechanism will be introduced gradually through a mark price smoothing process designed to reduce sudden price movements and support price stability during the transition. Binance said the LPP period will end when the spot price of TAC (TAC Protocol) across multiple exchanges converges and a stable index price can be derived from spot markets, as determined by Binance. A separate announcement will be issued when the contract is ready to move from LPP to standard Mark Price calculation. During the LPP period, the mark price will be based on the average of the last 10 seconds’ trade prices, calculated every second, with additional rules applying if there are fewer than 21 transaction prices in that interval. A ±1% price cap will also be imposed on the mark price each second. After the LPP period ends, the mark price will use the standard formula of Median (Price 1, Price 2, Contract Price).
Binance also said the capped funding rate for the contract will be adjusted from 2.00% / -2.00% to +0.005% / -0.005% from 2026-08-27 11:00 (UTC). The detailed schedule shows the maximum funding rate at 2026-08-27 08:00 (UTC) as +2.000% / -2.000%, then +0.005% / -0.005% at 2026-08-27 12:00 (UTC), 2026-08-27 16:00 (UTC), and 2026-08-27 20:00 (UTC). The contract is exempt from the funding interval adjustment rule during the LPP period, so the interval will not change from every four hours to every one hour when the previous settlement reaches the capped funding rate. After the LPP period ends, the funding rate will return to standard perpetual futures rules, with the maximum and minimum funding rate able to reach +2.00% / -2.00%, and the funding interval will shift from every four hours to every one hour when the previous settlement reaches +2.00% / -2.00%.
