A CNBC survey found that 80% of 31 economists, strategists, and investors want Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh to explain his economic thinking at his first Jackson Hole keynote on Friday. Respondents split 48% to 48% over whether Warsh should address the rate outlook. Warsh has said little about the economy or his policy outlook since taking office in May.
