Zhongji Innolight said on August 27 that the over-allotment option in its prospectus was fully exercised on August 26 by the sponsor and overall coordinator, acting for the international underwriters, covering a total of 8,175,000 H shares, or 15.0% of the shares available under the global offering before any over-allotment exercise. The company will allot and issue the shares at HK$980.00 each, and use them to speed up delivery of some H shares to placees that agreed to delayed settlement, according to Jiemian News. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing committee has approved the listing and trading of the shares, which are expected to begin trading on the main board at 9 a.m. on August 31, 2026.
