#dusk $DUSK @Dusk DUSK — ENERGY EFFICIENCY IS MORE THAN JUST LOW POWER

Think about a ball on a hill.

Its potential energy becomes kinetic energy as it moves. The important part is how efficiently that energy is used.

Dusk takes a different approach from energy-heavy Proof-of-Work. Its Proof-of-Stake + Succinct Attestation selects provisioners for specific consensus roles instead of making everyone compete to solve the same puzzle.

Example: A bank settling thousands of tokenized assets needs security and finality—not thousands of machines wasting computation on the same task.

But privacy has a cost too.

ZK proofs require real computation, so Dusk still has to prove that privacy can scale efficiently.

For me, the key question is:

Can Dusk turn less wasted computation into more useful financial settlement?
