Crypto traders went from fear to greed surprisingly fast.

The Fear & Greed Index was at 27 on Aug. 12. By Tuesday, it reached 74 before cooling to 65.

BTC also moved from below $68K to nearly $80K.

But what caught my attention was what happened further down the market. DOGE gained around 24% in a week, while some thinly traded memecoins posted 100%+ moves.

To me, that says more than just the market is bullish.

When traders start moving aggressively into higher-risk assets, sentiment can change very quickly, but so can the correction.

Now I’m watching Friday’s Fed signal closely.

Is this genuine risk appetite returning, or are traders getting greedy too quickly?
