That was the night of August 25, 2026. The clock had just hit 11 PM, and the crypto market was moving mostly sideways, so I reopened Dusk’s documentation. The more I study Dusk, the more I think the real RWA opportunity is not simply putting assets onchain.

What caught my attention about Zedger is that it is designed around how regulated financial assets actually behave. Issuance, burning, dividends, corporate actions, and force transfers are part of the framework, while compliance and auditability are considered at the protocol level.

That matters because tokenization alone doesn't solve ownership rules, jurisdictional restrictions, or how corporate actions actually get executed.

The strength I see in Dusk is the attempt to combine these requirements with privacy without treating compliance as an afterthought.

The risk is adoption. Strong infrastructure still needs issuers, liquidity, institutions, and regulatory acceptance.

For my strategy, I wouldn't judge $DUSK only by price. I'd watch real ecosystem usage, issuance activity, liquidity, and whether institutions actually start using the infrastructure. If those improve while valuation remains reasonable, the thesis becomes much stronger for me.

Could Zedger become the missing layer between tokenized assets and genuinely usable institutional finance?
