One thing I’ve learned in crypto:

A big move doesn’t always mean the market is strong.

Sometimes price just moves fast because traders start chasing it. Liquidity gets thin, leverage builds up and suddenly you see a huge candle.

Then everyone starts thinking, “this is going up.”

Maybe it is.

But I’d rather wait and see what happens after the first move.

Does price hold?

Does volume stay there?

Are buyers still interested when the excitement is gone?

That part tells me much more than one big green candle.

Same thing when the market dumps. One red candle doesn’t automatically mean the whole trend has changed.

Crypto moves fast.
You don’t have to.

I’d rather miss a move than enter just because everyone else is already in.
