CleanCore Sells Most of Its Dogecoin$DOGE
CleanCore has sold almost all of its Dogecoin holdings, worth about $33.4 million, to invest the money in its AI infrastructure business.
The company had around 463 million DOGE and sold them on July 20, according to SEC filings.
CleanCore also raised $100 million by selling shares, increasing its total shares by about 122% to 502.1 million. More warrants could lead to further dilution in the future.
CleanCore is moving away from its Dogecoin strategy and focusing more on AI.
