Working through what my actual responsibilities would be as an issuer 0n Dusk today the full set of things automation now puts on me beyond a single dividend trigger.
Corporate actions execute directly once I trigger them dividends ownership updates forced transfers no clearing house catching my errors afterward. Eligibility checks Run automatically on every transfer my asset is involved in per rules I set once at issuance. Forced transfers when legally required execute the same way immediately on my authorization alone.
Three different powers all automated all resting on rules I defined Correctly at the start rather than judgment I get to exercise moment to moment.
From this seat, the appeal is obvious less manual overhead faster execution. What I keep circling back to: automation didnot Remove my responsibility for getting things right. It just moved all of it earlier into the setup where a single mistake now propagates automatically instead of getting caught by someone downstream.
