DUSK — COMPLEXITY IS THE ENEMY

The more I study Dusk, the more interesting the architecture becomes.

But complexity can also become a weakness.

Dusk brings together privacy, ZK, consensus, execution, settlement, compliance and RWAs.

That creates several things I would watch:

Security: More components mean more security boundaries.

Complexity: Too many moving parts can make development harder.

Scale: Real financial volume still needs to be proven.

Adoption: Strong technology means little without developers and institutions using it.

Ownership & control: Who controls the keys, who can authorize actions, and what happens when control is lost?

Because security isn't only about cryptography.

It's also about who controls the assets.

A sophisticated system isn't automatically a stronger system.

Dusk's real challenge is making all this secure, simple and usable.
