Ninety percent of a $DUSK top-up goes live. The other ten percent does not.
That rule is only for adding onto a stake that is already running. I had to reread it in the staking notes @Dusk_Foundation Dusk published because the Square version of the math is just "send more, get more." Add 1,000 onto a live stake and 900 is active. 100 is parked in the locked slice. Do that a few times and the live total is not the sum of what you sent. Each add parks another tenth. People still add the deposits in their head and call it the working stake. Add it up on paper and you overstate the live stake every time.
When those locked tenths become active is left blank.
