Pop Mart’s first PVC plush pendant in its Xingxingren line, the Farm Series, sold out shortly after going on sale across channels at 10 p.m. on August 20, according to Jiemian News. The series is priced at 129 yuan per piece, with six regular designs and one hidden figure. The hidden figure, called "Not Ugly Duckling," briefly drew the highest bid on the resale platform Dewu App at 1,799 yuan, nearly 13 times the launch price, before easing to 843 yuan. A regular figure, "Warm Little Sheep," was trading at 267 yuan.
Pop Mart said the Farm Series artist is Da Xin. The company’s 2026 interim results, released on August 20, showed Xingxingren revenue of 2.65 billion yuan, up 580.6% year on year, making it the group’s second-largest IP by revenue and its fastest-growing one. THE MONSTERS, including LABUBU, generated 4.454 billion yuan, down 7.5%. Pop Mart reported first-half revenue of 17.173 billion yuan, up 23.8%, and profit attributable to owners of 5.038 billion yuan, up 10.1%, both below market expectations. CEO Wang Ning said at the results briefing that full-year growth is likely to miss the company’s 20% target and that Pop Mart will launch a share buyback plan of no less than 2 billion yuan and no more than 5 billion yuan over the next six months.
