I’ve seen enough crypto projects add “AI” to their story just because it’s trending, so I don’t get excited about it automatically. With Dusk, though, I think there’s a more interesting idea underneath it.
What stands out to me is the problem Dusk is trying to approach. AI can write code in seconds, but writing code isn’t really the hardest part anymore. The harder part is making sure that code still follows the original idea, rules, and limits.
That matters even more when software starts acting on its own.
Think about an AI agent handling a financial transaction. I wouldn’t want it to be simply smart. I’d want to know exactly what it’s allowed to do, what information it can access, and whether its actions can be checked afterward.
This is where Dusk makes sense to me. Its focus on privacy, compliance, and predictable execution gives it a natural connection to this new AI-driven environment.
I’m not saying Dusk has already solved this. It hasn’t. There are still big questions around adoption, developers, and whether these tools will gain real traction.
But I like the direction. Dusk doesn’t need to become another “AI blockchain.” It may have a better opportunity helping AI systems operate with rules, limits, and accountability that humans can actually trust.
