#dusk $DUSK $STAR @Dusk
€300M in SME Securities Why DuskTrade Could Change the DUSK Story. €300M is a big headline, but I don't think the headline is the real story.
What interests me is what that scale represents. NPEX is already connecting growing companies with investors, and its platform currently shows more than 100 successful financings, €217.85M in financing through NPEX, and 20,000+ active investors.
Now put that next to DuskTrade.
If securities from an established SME marketplace can be represented and managed through blockchain infrastructure, Dusk is no longer dealing only with crypto-native assets. It is trying to connect blockchain technology with a market that already has companies, investors, securities and established financial processes.
That is a very different challenge from launching another token.
The interesting part for me is the potential change in how SME capital markets operate. Could blockchain reduce some of the friction around maintaining ownership records, moving securities and coordinating different pieces of the financial process?
I wouldn't judge the €300M story by the headline alone.
I'd watch what actually becomes easier for issuers and investors once the technology enters the workflow.
What do you think is Dusk’s biggest challenge right now? 👀
