I’ve been thinking about something interesting with @Dusk
Blockchain is usually praised for transparency. You can verify what happened without needing to trust someone.
But real financial systems don’t work that way.
A company may need to prove that it meets certain requirements without exposing every detail of its business. An investor may need to prove eligibility without making their entire financial history public.
That’s where privacy becomes more than just a “hidden transactions” feature.
What I find interesting about Dusk is the idea of making information verifiable without making everything visible.
Still, there’s a question I keep coming back to:
How much privacy is actually useful before verification becomes too difficult?
If users can prove what matters while keeping the rest private, that could be a strong model for bringing real-world assets on-chain.
But if the system becomes too complicated for normal users and institutions, the benefit could become harder to realize.
So what matters more for Dusk in the long run:
Better privacy, easier usability, or finding the right balance between both?
