$ALICE up 15% today but volume's only 20% of the usual , so who's actually buying here or is this just a short squeeze?

RSI sitting at 60, not overcooked yet. But we're still 22% off the 30-day high and the moving averages look like spaghetti tbh.
Feels like one of those moves that either confirms above $0.15 or fades back to $0.13 by Monday.
