$BTC Is Holding Strong But ETH Has a Bigger Problem

#Bitcoin continues to be driven by macro conditions and institutional demand. Interest rate expectations, inflation data, and global liquidity remain the key forces shaping the market. ETF inflows have created a strong long-term demand base, but short-term price action is still highly sensitive to monetary policy and liquidity cycles. The bullish structure remains intact, though volatility is likely to stay elevated.

Ethereum, however, is facing a more fundamental challenge. As a result, Ethereum’s value capture mechanism has weakened. Institutional interest still exists, but a larger portion of capital is flowing into Bitcoin. For Ethereum to regain strength, it needs a clear recovery in on-chain activity, fee generation, and ecosystem growth. Until then, Bitcoin remains the market leader, while #Ethereum still has something to prove.
