$DUSK : Stronger Infrastructure, Weaker Market Momentum

DUSK is going through a time: the technology part of DUSK is getting better but the token is not showing that improvement. The release of the DuskEVM testnet is important because it allows developers to create apps using tools they already know which could help DUSK grow into DeFi and assets from the real world.

This is important because Dusk is trying to solve an issue than just privacy on blockchain. Financial companies need secrets that can be controlled and also need to follow rules and manage identities. Dusks Layer-1 plan tries to connect these needs.

The market usually does not look just at technology. On August 13 DUSK was not doing well technically with MACD staying negative and RSI showing that people were not buying much. Also 171,000 DUSK tokens are released every day, which creates a lot of supply. This pressure is not very strong on one day. Constant selling can be important when buying is already weak.

Community efforts, like Binance Square’s CreatorPad campaign are helping people know more about DUSK and the bigger picture of institutions and real-world assets makes DUSK look good for the future.

The problem is clear: the network is growing while the token is struggling. Few wallets hold most of the tokens, which means big holders are not showing strong belief yet.

For people who invest in DUSK it is not about short-term gains but about whether the growth in the network can create lasting demand for the token. If DuskEVM brings in developers and real-world assets start using the network the current problems might seem small later. Until then the three main things to watch are supply, movement, in the market and how many people are using the network.
