This is the second time TUT's crossed my screen today, and the reason it's still moving isn't random, an Aster DEX listing set off a short squeeze that trapped leveraged sellers on the wrong side. That's a very different kind of pump than pure hype, it's forced buying. The pullback to 0.19 barely dented the structure before price pushed to a new high again.
