Most infrastructure becomes valuable long before most people notice it.

Bitcoin has spent years securing its own network, while Proof-of-Stake chains built separate security models to protect their ecosystems. That always felt like two strong systems operating independently. @BabylonLabs_io takes an interesting approach by allowing people to stake Bitcoin in a self-custodial way directly on the Bitcoin network, helping extend Bitcoin's security to PoS chains without wrapping BTC or giving up ownership. It makes Bitcoin feel less like an isolated asset and more like security infrastructure that can serve a broader role.

After spending enough time in crypto, I've become more interested in projects that solve practical problems instead of creating new stories. Infrastructure rarely gets the same attention as price action, but it usually has a longer-lasting impact.

I still want to see how this model performs as adoption grows and whether it continues to work smoothly across different PoS ecosystems over time.

If Bitcoin can contribute security beyond its own blockchain while holders keep control of their assets, that feels like a meaningful expansion of its role. In that case, the value of $BABY would depend more on real network usage than short-term speculation.
