Hype fades in hours, but real adoption takes months Babylon's true test begins after the campaign rewards stop not before Everyone is talking about the BABY token price, but I think the more interesting story is what happens after the campaign ends.
A campaign can attract thousands of people in a single day. Real value appears when those people decide to stay even after the rewards disappear. That is the difference between temporary attention and a growing ecosystem.
Babylon is trying to connect Bitcoin with staking in a way that gives BTC a larger role in securing decentralized networks instead of leaving it idle. If that vision continues to develop, then BABY becomes more than just another campaign token. It becomes a way to participate in a broader Bitcoin security ecosystem.
The market will eventually answer three important questions. Will users keep holding BABY after incentives end? Will developers continue building applications around the ecosystem? And can network activity continue growing without depending on reward events?
History has shown that the strongest crypto projects are rarely decided during their launch week. They are judged months later when excitement fades and only real users remain.
That's why I'm paying more attention to ecosystem growth than short-term candles. Price can change in hours, but adoption takes time to build.
For me, the next few months will matter much more than the next few days. If Babylon keeps delivering and community participation remains strong after the campaign, this project could be remembered for its utility instead of just its rewards.
What will matter more for BABY in your opinion: the next price move, or long-term adoption?
