What caught my attention is that the discussion is not just “bail everybody out and move on.” The idea being talked about is a structured recovery loan, not a grant, with repayment tied to bridge fees, treasury resources, recovered funds, and project responsibility.
That matters to me because this is the part of crypto people ignore when they only talk about hype.
