Bullish priced its initial public offering at $37 per share, exceeding the previously expected range of $32–$33. The IPO raised $1.11 billion from the sale of 30 million shares, valuing the company at approximately $5.4 billion at pricing time. Underwriters include JPMorgan, Jefferies, and Citigroup.
